Welcome to Okage Yashiki Okage Yashiki at Okage Yokocho is an interactive museum where visitors can experience and enjoy things connected to Ise and aspects of Japanese daily life. Oise Mairi saw repeated surges in popularity during the Edo period, and this movement was called Okage Mairi. The word okage comes from the idea of "being able to visit Ise thanks to someone or something," and it is a very important word to us at Okage Yokocho. Inside this mansion, small spirits of gratitude we are not so conscious of in our everyday lives come to life to welcome visitors. Enjoy a world unique to Ise, where the objects, creatures, and feelings around us awaken with a life of their own. ■ Admission Fees Weekdays Adults: ¥1,500 Children (ages 4 through elementary school): ¥800 Children aged 3 and under: Free Weekends & Public Holidays Adults: ¥1,800 Children (ages 4 through elementary school): ¥1,000 Children aged 3 and under: Free Discount for Visitors with Disabilities Please present a valid disability certificate or identification card. Adults: ¥800 Children: ¥400 The disability discount applies to the visitor with a disability and up to one accompanying person. ■ Meeting Point & Reception Please come to the reception desk at the entrance of Okage Yashiki, located inside Okage Yokocho. ■ Important Information Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before your reserved time. After confirming your electronic ticket, we will guide you into the facility. Advance reservations are required. Depending on availability on the day of your visit, same-day admission may also be available by scanning a QR code and making an online payment at the reception desk. Re-entry is not permitted.
