The fabric is woven slowly and is soft and comfortable to wear, The more you wear it, the more it will fit your body. **What is Matsusaka Momen** Matsusaka cotton used to be popular among the common people of Edo (old name for Tokyo) for its variety of striped patterns. It is a tightly woven cotton fabric with a deep indigo color and striped pattern using indigo-dyed threads. The expression changes dramatically depending on the color and pattern of the obi. **What is Ise-gata Kimono** Ise-gata Kimono” is a type of cotton fabric made of white Ise cotton produced by Usui Orimu, the only weaver in Mie Prefecture.
